What is Kettle Corn?
Kettle corn is a sweet-and-salty variety of popcorn that is typically mixed or seasoned with a pure cane, extra- fine sugar, salt, and oil. We use a hybrid popcorn called Monster Mushroom popcorn. Using the Mushroom popcorn we are able to add sugar right into the kettle and still maintain large delicious kernels of popcorn. It’s gluten free too!! We use a large 160 quart stainless steel kettle to pop our delicious kettle corn. It was traditionally made in cast iron kettles.

Q: How long does Class Kettle Corn last?
A: Kettle Corn will stay fresh for up to 3 + weeks if you keep the bag sealed between servings. You can store the original kettle corn in the freezer! Take out the portion you would like place on cookie sheet in a 300 degree oven for just a few minutes. Let cool, and it will taste just like it came out of the kettle.

A: Yes. We use Corn Oil.
Q: When should I expect my shipment to arrive?
A: We ship USPS and all orders should arrive 2-3 business days. We send tracking information so you can follow your shipment. During the holidays we suggest ordering 10 days in advance. All orders are popped fresh and shipped out immediately.
